Provide a brief overview of your business
At Central Valley Hypnotherapy and Wellness Center, I help people create positive, lasting change through the power of the subconscious mind. As a certified hypnotherapist, I specialize in vocational and avocational self-improvement—whether that means releasing habits like smoking, building confidence, managing stress, or overcoming limiting beliefs, and reducing or even eliminating anxiety (of almost any kind). My sessions are designed to help clients tap into their inner strength, rewrite outdated patterns, and live more empowered, fulfilling lives.
News to Share? Currently, I’ve become certified in a new modality that’s creating powerful emotional shifts for my clients—sometimes in as little as 40 seconds. It’s a technique that gently interrupts the loop of stuck thoughts and feelings, helping the mind finally register certain experiences as in the past. What I love about it is how subtle and respectful the process is, yet how deeply it moves people forward. Clients who’ve struggled with things like guilt, shame, grief, sorrow, anger, trauma—even PTSD—are noticing real change, faster than any other therapies I’ve ever encountered. It’s been an incredible complement to the Hypnotherapy work I already do.

Most people don’t realize that hypnotherapy isn’t about “mind control”—it’s about taking back control. What’s fascinating is how quickly the subconscious can shift when it’s guided the right way. I also offer IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy), which is a cutting-edge technique for reducing the emotional charge behind difficult memories. Another interesting piece? I use bioresonance scanning technology that assesses energetic imbalances in the body, offering a holistic picture of wellness.
How does your company get involved in the local community?
I love being part of the Visalia community and regularly participate in chamber events, wellness fairs, and local networking groups and other non profit organizations, California Rifle and Pistol Association, (CRPA) and Visalia Sportsmen’s Association (VSA). I also offer group meditation classes and wellness workshops to make mental well-being more accessible to a broader audience. My goal is to support our community not just one-on-one, but also by creating spaces where people feel empowered to grow together.
The best part of working for your company is? Getting to witness transformation every single day. There’s nothing like seeing someone walk into a session burdened and leave lighter, more hopeful, and more in control of their life. The flexibility to design my sessions with heart, creativity, and compassion is something I never take for granted. I also love that I get to wear multiple hats—healer, educator, advocate, and small business owner.
How has the Chamber and/or the Ambassador Program helped you and/or your business? The Chamber has been instrumental in helping me feel connected and seen in this town. As someone who moved here from Los Angeles, I appreciate the warmth and collaborative spirit of the business community in Visalia. Through Chamber events and networking opportunities, I’ve been able to meet new clients, form meaningful relationships, and stay informed on what’s happening locally. It’s like having a support system for your business. Even though I am new to the Business Connect, I do like what VCC does and stands for for a community.
Top thing you wish Visalia knew about your business? That hypnotherapy is more mainstream than people think—and it works. It’s not about clucking like a chicken; it’s about calming the noise in your mind so your true self can rise. I wish more people knew that whether you're struggling with confidence, focus, habits, anxiety over an upcoming even or a test (or any kind), a fear or phobia, weight reduction, emotional eating, or even emotional healing, hypnotherapy can be a fast and effective tool. You don’t have to be “broken” to benefit. You just have to be ready to grow. If you truly want to change your life you must first be willing to change your mind. Everything we do and are starts on the inside. For example: It’s like a teenager learning to drive a car, they see themselves doing it but wait, the body has never driven before so, the mind (where it starts first) is teaching the body HOW to do what it believes it can do, one mistake at a time and gaining more resource. Our behaviors start inside and as we think we become. We KNOW we are going to nail that interview and there is no doubt and you do. Same token, ‘I know I won’t have enough money for the xyz I need at the end of the month” and so it happens because that’s the belief of the mind. It does go to show how the mind can become a pattern recognition machine. Hypnotherapy is a wonderful tool to help create a new pattern and way of thinking, believing and being. I’m proof it works.
