Justin Patton is an international speaker and Executive Coach who believes “everything meaningful happens through conversation.” Justin just released his first leadership book, Bold New You in January 2019.

His experience has allowed him to coach leaders in some of the top Fortune 500 organizations, NCAA athletes, and women competing in the Miss America and Miss USA organizations.

Justin earned a master’s degree in education, became a faculty member for the US Chamber of Commerce, has expertise in body language and executive presence, and he is a member of the International Coach Federation and National Speaker’s Association.

Justin’s high-energy style will keep you engaged and his message will challenge you to communicate and lead more effectively.

Afternoon Keynote

David Carr played Football at Fresno State University. He was the 1st overall Pick in the 2002 NFL Draft; the expansion Houston Texans selected Carr. David played with the Houston Texans for 5 years.

In 2006 David lead the NFL in pass completion percentages. David went on to play with the Carolina Panthers, New York Giants, San Francisco 49er’s, and returned to the New York Giants in 2011 to win a Super Bowl Championship.

David has opened, along with his brother Derek Carr, his own training facility called Carr Elite in Bakersfield. He is also a contributing Football Analyst for the NFL Network during the regular NFL season and off-season. David also has a Football column in the Fresno Bee during the regular NFL Season.

Of all the activities and programs David is involved with, working with Valley Children’s and Dignity Health in Bakersfield is at the top of his list. A Type I Diabetic, along with his 3 other children, David understands first hand the importance of having access to the BEST pediatric healthcare to serve his children.

Heather has worked at College of the Sequoias for 20 years. She has been a Community Development Facilitator & Trainer in Tulare/Kings/Fresno counties for over 15 years, training at Leadership Tulare, Young Entrepreneurs Academy and numerous topics at Fresno State University. She has her M.A. in Communication and her B.A. in Speech Communication, both from CSU Fresno.
