Where and when is the conference held?
The conference will be held on Thursday, March 21 at the Visalia Convention Center. Registration will open at 7:30AM and the event will kick off at 8:30AM. The program will end at 4:30 PM.

How is seating reserved?
Unless you are a sponsor, or you purchase a table, seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Plan to arrive a little early if you would like to save seats for your colleagues. 


Are there special hotel rates/accommodations for the conference?
The room block is no longer available. The Visalia Marriott and the Comfort Suites are the nearest hotels.


Are there special accommodations for people with special needs?
Reasonable arrangements for people with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance. Contact Dante Rosh at (559) 734-5876.


Do I need to purchase a ticket ahead of time, or can I register on site?
Registration is required ahead of time and you can do that here.


What methods of payment can I use to purchase my tickets?
Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite using a credit card. If you would like to write a check, please email Dante Rosh at dante@visaliachamber.org. 


Do I need to pre-register for the breakout sessions?
No, there is no pre-registration required for the breakout sessions. The sessions will be listed on the schedule you will receive the day of the event and you are welcome to attend any session you would like. Breakout sessions will be available until the room capacity is met.


Is food provided?
Yes, a light breakfast, lunch and a snack will be provided and are included in the price of the event.


How many attendees are expected?
This is a brand new event, but we’re expecting at least 250 attendees. 


Is there a dress code?
There is not a specific dress code, but business casual attire is recommended. We also suggest bringing a sweater as meeting rooms tend to get chilly.


What do I need to bring with me on the day of the event?
Please bring your ticket with you (electronically on your phone is the easiest way, or you can print it out).
