Membership Directory and Community Guide to Visalia

10,000 of these full color, annual directory/guides are distributed through hotels, new resident packets and hand delivered to members during "Operation Thank You". Members are listed three times free (alphabetically, by classified category, and who's who), providing high visibility to potential customers. Display advertising is also available to members only.

Internet Exposure

The Chamber has a home page that includes a searchable database of our members, giving them worldwide free exposure.  Any member who already has their own home page can have it hyperlinked from their Chamber listing for free.

City Map 

Every year, the Chamber publishes a city map with a distribution of over 5,000.  Advertisments on the map are available only to members of the Visalia Chamber of Commerce.

Newsletter

Each month the Visalia Chamber of Commerce newsletter is distributed to our members and the 18,000 circulation of the Visalia Times Delta.  New members are briefly profiled with their logo to promote their business.  All members can submit stories about themselves providing much free advertising exposure.  In addition, inexpensive, effective advertising is available to members only.

Direct Mail Advertisements

Once a month, members only can have a full-page ad distributed to 1,100+ of their best prospects in the area for $200.  Postage alone would be almost $500 and the Chamber has the best mailing list of the area and does most of the work!  This one benefit pays for your membership investment!

Grand Openings/Ribbon Cuttings

These ceremonies, including acknowledgments from Chamber officials, increase the visibility of new or expanding businesses and are provided to Chamber members only.  Free newsletter coverage of these events is provided by the Chamber, complete with photo.

High visibility and advertising value is offered to members who sponsor a Chamber event, such as Oktoberfest, Christmas Tree Auction, Annual Awards Celebration, Business After Hours, Sunrise Summit, and the Visalia Business Summit.  As event sponsors, your business name is prominently displayed and promoted.  Pre-event publicity and mailings afford broad advertising exposure at no additional cost above the sponsorship fee.
