SHRM of Tulare/Kings County to Have Nick Gambini of The Weight and Health Clinic Present in April

Gambini will present Corporate Wellness: Improving Your Company’s Health Physically and Finanicially at the April Meeting

SHRM of Tulare/Kings County is pleased to have Jean Haskell, S.P.H.R. Director of Human Resources at Hillmar Cheese Company as our February speaker.

The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) being a leading, global HR organization, believes that assembling and providing information about the annual seasonal flu, and now, also the H1N1 virus, is a moral imperative.

April Collier (Sun Microsystems) and Bonnie Shaver (King's County) have been awarded the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Nathan Berry (SinglePoint Outsourcing) and Kris Lareau (SinglePoint Outsourcing) have been awarded the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

On April 14, 2009 SHRM of Tulare & Kings County awarded five Human Resource Departments, for their 2008 Innovative Ideas. The Innovative Idea categories were: Talent Management, Training & Development, Benefits, Health & Safety and Employee Relations.
