Jim Olivas, Senior Vice President and Visalia Manager reported that Martin Hovsepian completed the sale of a 40,000± sq.ft. cold storage facility located in Reedley, Fresno County, California.

Jim Olivas, Senior Vice President and Visalia Manager, Grubb & Ellis|Pearson Commercial announced that Chad Rittgers successfully completed and graduated from the 2008/09 Sequoia Regional Leadership class in Visalia, CA on June 12th.  During the 9 month program Rittgers developed skills and knowledge regarding approaches to assist customers and clients in the Visalia – Tulare County region.  Purpose and goals of the Sequoia Regional Leadership program where to develop local, regional and statewide knowledge regarding exposure to governmental agencies and businesses to understand the challenges in the business community.  The program in 28 years old and has produced local leaderships from mayors, supervisors and other community service organizations and governmental leaders.
